Job Description:

3. Participate in the technical transformation of production processes, improve production processes, and know that operators operate according to process requirements.
4. Responsible for employee onboarding guidance, factory regulations and discipline, process skills, production safety and other training.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the process technology operation, equipment operation, and maintenance of organic synthesis small-scale and pilot scale projects. Can communicate with the R&D manager on projects.
education:
Technical secondary school degree or above, major in chemistry and chemical engineering, organic synthesis, organic and inorganic materials, with experience in pilot scale and large-scale production preferred for employment, or with experience in chemical production, drug research and development, and related work experience preferred for employment, aged 21-55.
